How do I start being healthy?

I eat too much and I want to lose weight. However, my mom won't let me run around my neighborhood because it isn't safe, and I don't have access to a gym.

I don't wake up at a set time. Sometimes I'll wake up at 10 am, sometimes I'll wake up at four pm. When I wake up in time for breakfast I usually eat a sandwich and yogurt. When I don't, I will wait a few hours until my mom brings dinner (and you don't need to tell me Arby's is unhealthy. I know, I eat at home as many days as i can) or some microwave stuff i find, because we don't have a working oven or stove. Seriously, the only cooking appliance we have is a microwave and toaster, so don't tell me to "make real food" i can't.

I don't *seriously* excercise, but I've been trying to get at least one blogilates video in a day, as I've heard it's a good place to start.

I drink water everyday, though it isn't that much. I have a 20 oz tervis I try to drink from everyday. But I usually don't get more than one in a day. How much more should I be drinking?

I haven't had anything to do and I can't go anywhere, so I've been reading. For some reason, I always want to eat when I read. : So I end up having my one or two big meal (s), and then also one or two other small meals. How do I stop being so hungry all the time? Also some *easy* exercises that don't require equipment would be nice.

I'm 5'0" and 150 lbs. I'm 19. Any help is appreciated. I just feel so disgusted with my body because all the fat goes to my stomach and nowhere else is really bad. I just want to feel comfortable in my own body..
