:( i haven't be diagnosed with binging yet, but i feel like i do have a problem with binge eating, and usually after i feel terrible and i try to make myself throw, but i end up failing and then my brain start doing something like

binges> i eat to much> tries to purge> fails> i fail i can't do anything right> why did i eat too much> i should stop eating> still eats> why am i so fat> tries to count calories> forgets> cries = repeat
