I've lost 67 pounds. I'm looking to lose 33 more. But I've reached a point where im stuck and no longer losing weight. What should I do to lose more weight, count calories or carbs?
Calories. If you burn more calories than you eat, you lose weight. Thats a fact. And please, for the love of god, dont set your legs on fire because I wrote burn calories. Use common sence.. a girl did this before and all I could do was facepalm.

It's better monitor if you real results.
calories first , then carbs, plus sodium and sugar
count calories.
