Because we eat at different times, everybody's digestive system works at a different rate, different foods go through you at different rates, water consumption etc.
It could also be asked if a +9 wizard, aka god, created us, why don't we all poop at the same time? And if he is everywhere, does that mean he in the toilet too?

That's easy. We all eat different foods, and it takes different times to go through our digestive tract. We are not created as perfect little beings all synchronised!
