My family is going back to florida in April and i want to lose a couple pounds by then.
easiest way is to cut the crap out your diet for 6 out of 7 days (that 1 day you can have it keeps you on the wagon) and do some exercise. I find at the mo that an exercise bile is a great low impact piece of equipment which burns calories easily :)
Walking everywhere helps if you live in a place where you can do this.
So just stay away from sodas and candy and dessert you should be golden :)
