you have to make the time for both, its tiresome but you gotta do it. for me, i hit the gym before doing school work because using all of that brain power turns me off from wanting to go to the gym, but being physically drained doesn't discourage me from doing homework.
that might work for you too.
I get up early and run, then do weight training each day before class. Then in the evening, I do it again. Exercise helps me relieve stress, boots my confidence and helps me feel great. When your body is healthy, your mind will be healthy, too. Everyone should do it :-)
Work out two or three times a week, doesn't need to be anything amazing. Go for a run or jog, get some weights to lift and home. Put your school work first because that's current. The working out is just something you can do when you have time.

Despite what most people think, I find going to the gym therapeutic. If you want to tone up focus on cardio and light body weight exercises (sit-ups, push-ups) and start to work up in weight. If you want to just tone then 2 sessions a week for one hour is plenty. Also, if you want to make a quick exercise schedule, every night before bed do a couple of sets of push-ups and sit ups. This will have you toned in no time. Hope this helps :)
I train basketball 3 times a week
monday's at 3:45 1hour physical and 1.30hours ball
wednesday's at 6pm the same
and friday's 2 hours ball.
it is difficult to keep up with work in school 'cause the days i dont have training im also occupied with something else.

Since you are in puberty you need to take advice from someone who is qualified. Your body and your mind are connected so taking care of your body is as important as the classes you take at school.
play a sport. or do something equivalent like go to the gym. it's not that hard. go to school and exercise afterwards for a couple hours.
