Soo i have been losing weight since about May and have really changed my lifestyle around with eating and working out. I have lost a total of about 30 pounds so far which im soo pleased about. But... I have hit a plateau with losing weight i have been stuck at the same weight since the start of September.. and i have changed my workouts and have started to swith up some meals to see if the weight would budge.. it budged a little bit but im so frustrated with being stuck.. Any tips? Please!!
Stress might prevent you from losing fat. Try to get al the very least 8 hours of sleep a night. Drink lots of water to prevent water retention. Switch from cardio to HIIT (it's much superior). Cut down on carbs but not on fats. Some fatty acids actually help with losing body fat.
