Well, yeah that seems kind of normal, to me anyway. I deal with these things by taking a walk or run, or something similar, I just put the crap out of my mind for an hour or two. Then try to refocus on things I can affect. Any kind of activity or hobby you like can probably fill the need for a diversion so you can refocus.
In those moments of life where you have clarity, think on this for a bit: if you can't affect it there is no need to worry about it, if you can affect it, then stop worrying and go do it. It's much easier said than done, but it makes sense. Hone in on that point, train yourself to break away from those points of worry and when you get that done, train yourself to start focusing on the things you can do.

I understand how you feel. When we are being responsible doing our part to pay the bills. We stress when the job or bank is not doing their part. Nobody want to be in the dark or without water because you can't pay the bill because they messed up giving you your money.
To help, maybe you could find another bank, or consider a better option so it won't happen again. I'm not sure what happened but I hope it doesn't happen again. Hopefully taking another option can help you bring your stress level down in the future to prevent this from happening again.
That's great you're in control of daily stressors... big scares and stressors like that are tough, panic is normal... but you've gotta always remind yourself to breathe and try to stay calm, because it gives you your best chance at getting out of the stressful situation and not making it worse. One of the things that always helps me keep positive and break through tough moments is remembering how grateful I am for having good health, opportunity around me, and my loved ones and family in my life. If have this, I am rich and I will let nothing else bring me down. :)
Yoga helps a lot. I used to be super stressed like 3 years ago because I just to lived with my mom, she's the only person that can get me mad.
I couldn't close my eyes without thinking about her voice...
I stated doing yoga and that helped me a lot.
Working out is also a great stress relief.

Yes, this is QUITE normal! You are NOT alone! For me, daily meditation/prayer, exercise and a super healthy diet are all quite helpful. For the really heavy stressors, I also see a therapist from time to time.
