Anyone else have allergies like this?

I've always had pretty bad seasonal allergies (that are actually year round and not seasonal, haha)
Being on zyrtec, a normal daily allergy med keeps me under control enough. I feel okay. I still get sinus issues and stuff.
But, I know its full of stuff I don't want to be taking all the time forever.
So, I got these herbal allergy meds that worked AWESOME on my sinuses. I felt fine a day on them.
But, day two, my sinuses are fine, but within an hour of going about my day, my whole body is covered in a rash. Just burning and itching.
(This happens just going off the meds, I'm not allergic to the herbal one).
But this was worse. I caved and took two benadryl. And I'm still miserable.

I'm afraid these allergies will turn mkre serious and I'm not sure what to do.
I'm going to the doctor, but I want something not toxic ya know?

What are allergy shots like, how do they work? What did you guys with awful allergies do?

my brothers used to get them monthly me too when we were younger and we didn't have a single problem with them at all. gosh that doesn't sound fun at all. maybe your bodies just suprised I really couldnt tell you I dont know much about skin rashes im more of a food allergy wiz but best of wishes I hate when i get hives.
