Definitely can achieve it by next November man. Just eating healthy and a lot of protein helps build muscle and keep fat off. Try and go 3 times a week and do cardio and weights if you want to lose fat and gain muscle 💪 good luck man

Depends, did you bulk to get to 18-20? Or did you cut to get to 18-20? If you started heavy it will take longer than if you started light. By next year I believe you can do it, you need to eat perfectly and lift hard though.

4-6 months likely. I normally don't go over 15% and it takes me about a month or two to get it down to 10-12%. I have a fast metabolism.
