Okay girl, let me help you out. First thing need to do is count your calories and carb intake. I would start with eating only 1300 calories and 60-70 carbs a day. Stay away from things that are heavy in carbs such as pastries, pizzas, foods that are battered, candy, and sodas. Eat 3-5 times a day. The three meals should be breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the first snack should be in between breakfast and lunch and second should be in between lunch and dinner. For breakfast eat one fruit, small protein bar or shake. Snacks should consist of either one fruit or vegetable. Lunch can be a fish the size of your palm but thin with an avacodo or something similar. Then dinner you can eat something small. The biggest meal should be breakfast and the smallest should be dinner. Eat like this and you'll be good to go. You need to also exercise as much as you can to get the best results. RUN RUN RUN!!! Don't be lazy when you work out. The best workout to lose weight is to run. If you aren't good at running, work your way up to run farther each time and better your breathing patterns. 2 miles is a good amount to run in a day. Workout for half an hour to one hour. Do this 3-5 days a week and you're gold.

Eat less and sweat often is e simple short answer. There's no short cut around hard work, otherwise everyone would look amazing.
Are you eating foods high in carbs?
Research the Atkin's diet and see if that will work for you.
It worked wonders for my father (who lost 70 lbs) and grandma (who has been on it 30+ years and it helps keep her weight in check) and myself (but I didn't give it long enough to really have a personal experience with it... other than the fact that I felt great after the sugar withdrawals the first few days. I was on it a month and lost 25 lbs, but a lot of it was water weight).
It has to be a lifestyle or it won't work. You can't cheat. You have to be dedicated to a low sugar diet.
You could do what my dad does and get off it when he loses weight, then gain back 15 lbs and then lose it again... because he likes carbs too much. But he wants to feel full, and the calorie diet is too restrictive for that. Now, I don't think that's all that healthy...
There's a quote from the Atkin's book that says something like "It turns your body into a fat burning machine". There's science behind it that makes your system burn fat... I don't remember the science behind it, but if you research it like I said you'll find it :)
If that's your mindset then you can google "pro ana tips". Basically they encourage girls to eat less than 1000 calories a day and exercise for an hr a day. Pretty dangerous but it's all about control I suppose. Honestly, I think you can probably eat 1200 calories and walk for 30 mins to become thin. Some people argue that that still isn't healthy enough calories but if you want to lost a bunch of weight quickly then you have to be unhealthy about it because losing weight quickly is in fact unhealthy. You should want to be fit. Being fit healthy is better then being thin. you can work out all day long, but if your nutrition is off you will not get the gains you want. That being said I would join a gym start doing full body workouts 3 times a week. Get a trainer for the first three sessions. If a trainer is not a option PM me and u will help you as much as I can. Will find your macro nutrition requirements, and how many calories a day you should intake. Then I can email you a workout plan.
Well here's the truth you have to eat healthier or you WILL NOT lose weight doing exercises will be absolutely USELESS unless you eat right and its also gonna take time the best exercise for weight loss is walking walk an hour or two a day and you will lose weight its also the safest cause it doesn't stress your joints there's a saying that goes "its not the hour or two you worked out, its what you put in your mouth the other 23 or 22 hours after your workout!"

Best way to loose weight is to run in my opinion. And eat a lot of vegetables and only lean meats
Drink lots of green tea, with lemon. Oolong tea is good too.
It's not heathly for the body but you could go on a low carb.
From what you've said in comments, you've ground your metabolism to a halt.
I know you don't care about toning and fitness, but you actually need to eat more and lift or you won't lose fat, given what you're currently doing.than use myfitnesspal!
