I know this has been asked a bunch of times but I want to know for me.

so I've lost 50lbs recently, but I still have a big stomach and I need to trim my inner thighs. I have several questions:

1.if I jog an hour a day(30 min morning/30 min afternoon) and eat right how long will it take me to get to where I wanna be?

2.I'm going to be adding hot yoga to my schedule after the break, will that help?

3.do you know of any specific eating plans that have worked for you?

Also: I'm 5'8 and am now 150lbs should I weight less then that too?
