I go to the gym 6-7 times a week... If I can't get to the gym I train at home. It takes a while for it to become a habit or part of your lifestyle. Intially, it takes motivation to get to the gym, but it doesn't becomes part of a routine in your life until you see changes physically & mentally. It's a gradual progress
Think about what you want to achieve then focus of the final result. That should motivate you to go to the gym. Just go about twice a week. Build it up to more times , if necessary.
I could be never imagine my life without exercising. If ever I feel sad or unhappy for whatever reason I always feel in better spirits after a good workout too 😊

It's tough to do. Do you have the option of doing your workouts at home? That works for me for a number of reasons... I doubt I'd hit the gym as often as I work out at home.
Schedule it. This time on these days I'm going to the gym. Make sure nothing else conflicts with it and make it your top priority.
Continue for 6-8 weeks.

stop thinking of it as something you need to do and start thinking of it as something you want to doTake your gym stuff every time u drive by the gym.
Or rent a locker at the gym to keep your stuff there. So when u are by the gym, all u have to do is show up! :-DJust make it a habit. Tell yourself that you want results and results won't come if you're sitting down watching tv or being elsewhere than the gym.
You don't, You just add it in your routine as the stuff you just gotta do like peeing, brushing, eating
