I'm 25kg (55lb) away from my ideal weight, started doing diet this week and so far so good, no junk food, no soda, no candy or cookies, eating balenced meals. Today was my first day of workout, i workout home alone following videos routines only handle 15min now i feel i can't do it.
You can try 15 mins twice in a day, you're off to a good start, make sure your heart is always racing and you're allowed to take breaks in between but keep them to a minimum, don't deprive yourself, once in a while if you want a cookie go eat that cookie it's all about moderation. Remember to drink a lot of water, and if you feel hungry sometimes lemon water can help get rid of hunger.
