Just remember that what you put into your body and what you nourish it, how you treat it, it will reward you. If you don't put care into it, it'll do the opposite! Be proud that you've overcame and still dealing with the after math however you can only go forward, you don't need to skip meals skipping meals will only make the next meal store as fat.

I was diagnosed with anorexia when I was 16 and it is tough. It's more mental than anything unfortunately. I love a very healthful lifestyle. Like for instance, right now I am eating chips made out of rice. Eating more for me wasn't easy. It's a day by day process. It doesn't happen over night. Just be patient with eating more
