If you have been eating very clean/healthy food, a sudden influx of grease and salt will be a huge shock to your system. It's not uncommon to feel ill in that situation. On your next cheat day, maybe don't go quite so hard with the cheating.
It could be you have an allergy or intolerance to something you ate, you have food poisoning, or all the grease is making you sick. I hope you feel better soon!
The same thing happened to me without the shit lol. I loathe sugar now and love eating whole, rich foods. I absolutely LOVE kale and arugula. They are like candy to me.
