I've gotten some workout DVDs that I like, I just go to the store and pick out ones that look good. I've gotten a burlesque, yoga, 30min meltdown ones and all are pretty good and each are 30 mins.

Jumping rope, mountain climbers, lunges, commandos, spider push ups, ab bikes, Russian twists with weights (find anything that has weight), burpees, squat jumps etc. Just make a circuit of them!

Reverse Lunges, Squats with Arms Overhead, Bridges, Plank with Shoulder Touches, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Squat Jumps, Skier Jumps and etc.
