Ok, so my sophomore year in high school, I played soccer for the first time on the team. My coach was also an athletic trainer, and he was awesome. The next year, my junior year, he left and I got a new coach who was a girl. But, he became the guys soccer athletic trainer. Every winter break, we would have optional conditioning to stay in shape for the remaining of the season after break. I always showed up. When I got there, he was there and joked with me when he saw me, as usual. He was running the conditioning. It was for all of the soccer guys and girls. When the girls on my team showed up and we started, they couldn't handle it. So, our girl coach offered to go do our own separate conditioning that was a little easier. I told her that I would not be doing that and would stay with the guys and my old coach. She didn't care (I was also captain of my team and was more advance due to many new girl players). So, all of the other girls went separate and did easy stuff...and I stayed and conditioned with a whole bunch of guys. I had an advantage, though, because I knew exactlythe kind of stuff that this coach did since I had him the previous year. It was the most intense workout of my life, but I stayed with all of the guys the entire time and never fell back. I had to push myself so hard, though. Afterwards, I felt so happy and proud of myself. It was so good.

Ive been going to the gym a lot and I like going and my workouts are getting better and better but my body doesent :(
give it time, we all get there eventually :)
I never feel good after workouts.
There's nothing I've enjoyed more then sparring.
Workouts that stick out in my mind later are the gruelling ones. 5 X 3 minute rounds of burpees with one minute breaks for max reps, 75, 75 lb thrusters for time where you have to do 15 burpees any time you put the bar down, etc.
My leg and lower back combo is a killer.
Stiff legged deadlifts 4x6
Squats 4x8
Leg Press 4x8
Leg Extensions 4x12 (or giant's steps)
Leg Curls 4x12
Calf raises with a heavy bar 3x20
With enough intensity you can barely walk after that

going on the elliptical and doing hot yoga. Hot yoga is really intense.

did you try it? I'm a beast when it comes to working out, but my first class, I got my ass handed to me...
did it with my mom twice, she was finally able to induce me...murder I tell u, murder! lol but good experience nonetheless

haha I'm not like G.I Jane or anything... I just try and stay fit. Cause the obesity I see around me scares me. I'm basically one of those people who would never be obese because I'm a bit body obsessed.
I love the elliptical , AMAZING
If I'm feeling any type of frustration I just hit the gym and go at crazy as speed on it
Swimming is pretty awesome too
Dont know if this counts as a workout , but belly dancing is real fun :)
p90x, and randy coutures circuit training is insane
My most awesome workout will be anytime I have just obtained new workout songs that I am in love with and haven't heard them overplay on the radio! Couple that with running and I'm flying! :)
Played pick-up games for 2 hours straight, my body was so dehydrated and I could feel the fat oozing out of my body.
Eh, Only if its a good day. Most days I leaving sweating anyways.
