I have oatmeal for breakfast. I'm good for a few hours.
I work out right after breakfast, so I'm usually very hungry. I'll have a protein shake after and then eat lunch at a normal time, since I finish working out around 9 and that's too early for lunch.

If I eat breakfast it's usually toast or croissants.

Recently I've stopped eating breakfast. The past week I've mostly been eating once a day. Just can't really be bothered.

I usually have a scrambled egg with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in a tortilla boat. It's great! I have them or a hot pocket at work. Then I get so hungry at around noon when I have breakfast at 10:00 A. M.

I will eat something like this the size of this all by myself. I will then eat again 12 hours later.

A bowl of bran flakes with fruits and nuts with skimmed milk and a cup of tea or coffee during weekdays. A full English breakfast on the weekend, especially after a rough night. :)

Have 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 turkey sausage links around 9:30am. Ready for my rice cake and peanut butter snack at 11am.

I normally do a workout in the morning and only feel like a protein shake and coffee. Once I get to work I have OJ and muffin.

For Gym workouts , I must eat at least 10 eggs , normal days I eat some cheese with tea or yogurt with tea
