a banana and a slice of bread with 2 slices of turkey
a 2% yogurt
You mean you're going to eat 1200 calories in just one meal? Isn't that a lot?
Too many calories...
6 ounces of pasta (with no sauce) is 1200 calories.
2 Tuna cans, 16 oz chicken breast, One scoop whey and 4 egg whites lol
