What's wrong with my moms friend, doctors can't figure it out?

She still has a light period, no pain, her stomach is hard and there is a bulge That moves. Its been going on since labor day. They have done ultra sounds, cat scans and mri. All tests have come bavk negative. she's been through 3 doctors and no doctor knows anything.. please help her.

Perhaps it is a Hormone thing, @ashely1996.
She is probably near 40 now or about That, and could very well be Starting Her... Change of life or this Peri Menopause deal.
It's just a thought being nothing can be found.

It isn't a cyst or a tumor? If it were a case of fetal absorption she would've had pain all her life. Is she possibly pregnant?
It could be several things like endometrial atrophy, bowel obstruction, ascites etc.

I hope she's pregnant. she's had 3 miscarriages. She says she has no problem going to the bathroom but her period went from heavy to light. I was thinking a cyst or a tumor but all the tests are coming back negative. They tell her whatever is going on in her stomach should be found by those tests. But nothing :/
