I know going from picture one to pic two will be next to impossible but does anyone have any advice on how to make a transformation like this? How long do you think it will take if I'm really dedicated? Thanks for any suggestions!!

As far as the fat loss, based on the picture, yr probably looking to lose about, what, 60 lbs? That's doable in 8-9 months, with no cardio, IF you REALLY MEAN IT when you say yr dedicated.
The muscle tone is another story. That foundation will take longer to build. Not to mention, that's a picture of a professional fitness model. Most professional fitness models take drugs to dry out bloating, and other drugs to increase muscle tone. I know this, because I am one, and I also train them.
But, yeah. Fat loss.
The best diet for fat loss is called a PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast). It's also a REALLY SHITTY diet, which sucks ass, and is not fun at all.
You still with me here?
Ok.
The IDEAL set-up of the diet is really simple:
≈0 fat
≈0 carbohydrate, except mb a minimum of green vegetables so you can still go to the bathroom
≈200 grams of protein/day
Realistically those numbers won't actually be 0's, because protein foods have tag-along fats and carbs. But, yr goal should be to minimize those.
You remember that question about dedication, up there, right? lol
Bc this diet means a LOT of plain chicken breasts and plain turkey breasts and plain pork tenderloins and other plain dry foods. Plain and dry.
But, it WILL work. Guaranteed, unless you quit. This diet has literally never NOT worked, in, like, 60 years of being used in a medical context.
You will want to occasionally take "diet breaks", too.
Recipes -- and support, from other people who are also undergoing the same craziness -- can be found on the internet.
You should also get Lyle McDonald's "Rapid Fat Loss" ebook. Lyle knows his shit, and that program is pretty much his take on the PSMF. He breaks it down further, and gives more examples of foods, and such.
You'll also want to get in the weight room, twice a week, and do 2 sets of 6-8 reps per bodypart. Choose weights that are heavy enough that 6-8 reps will lead to failure. Did I mention that these workouts will totally suck? LOL
But you'll conserve nearly 100% of yr muscle mass, if you do them.
Cardio is a waste of time, unless it feels good and puts you in an upbeat mood. People don't lose weight by doing cardio, because (1) cardio burns so few calories in the first place -- especially for women -- and (2) cardio makes people hungrier, and so they just eat back the calories they burned.
Also, cardio has an annoying habit of redistributing women's bodyfat into cellulite areas. S:
Yep, really.
Wow, thanks so much for all the info
Yr welcome. And good luck.
You can ping me with random questions whenever.
Ok, great! Thanks so much!
I can't really tell from your own picture what type of shape you are in, or things like your weight or fat/muscle composition, but I think minimum you're looking at 6 months to a year and that's with a trainer, and someone who can really educate you on your nutrition. It's by no means completely impossible, but the story would be no different if you were a guy asking how long is it going to take to get shredded and have an 6 packs worth of abs. Bodies like that take a lot of work and dedication. For most people, they just want to lose some weight and they're done, but when you are talking trying to define muscles and be lean and have shapely and lean anything, it's a lot of time spend eating not to fun lean protein and veg only diets, and working out with heavy weights, and doing your cardio. Don't be discouraged if you want to go for it, you just need to put yourself in a head space to know that you've got a lot of work ahead of you and you gotta learn to love the gym and eating right. You want it bad enough... you'll get it done.
i´d say 2 years, given that you don´t have time to work out daily and want a little slack on your diet now and then. it´s easy. caloric intake < caloric expense + regular workout at least 3 times a week. the larger the difference, the faster it will go. don´t go extreme, cause that´s unhealthy.
~ 4-6 months in the gym on a calorie-restricted diet with both cardio and strength training, 30 minutes in a tanning booth, and 10 minutes getting slathered in body oil.
Lol I think I might have to give up on the "tan" look, I just burn. But thanks for the advice
@tolmbyy thanks for the suggestion
@redeyemindtricks yeah, it changed my life, I'm a bronzed god year round now :D
Definitely get boners all day, but as for my appetite - it absolutely kills it tbh
@tolmbyy Lemme guess, you've never been overweight, and might even be the hardgainer type?
Oh, so, yr using it year-round. Huh.
What dosage do you use, how often? You just using like 0.5 mg/wk now? (Not loading phase)
Just make sure you rotate injection sites. Duh, but, I have met people who've tried to use the same site 15-20 times in a row. (You'd think the pain alone would tell them that's a stupid idea.)
@redeyemindtricks Wouldn't say hardgainer but I'm naturally very lean. Speaking of that, it's kinda hard to rotate injection sites since there are only certain areas where I have enough fat to inject.
As for dosage, I prefer to pin larger amounts with less frequency. Nowadays I tan once a month or so and take around 6-8mg in the days leading up to my tanning sesh.
@tolmbyy Yeah, if you had any natural tendency to be big, mt2 wouldn't shut off yr appetite. It does that to me, too, but I'm a rail. I was an editorial model back in the day, so, that should tell you everything you need to know there.
They make 30- and 31-gauge needles as short as 6 millimeters. My husband can pinch enough on his abdominal area for one of those, and he's like 8 percent bodyfat. And you can (and should, tbh) inject at a 45º angle.
If you really can't do that, or if the injection tends to leave a visible bolus under yr skin and you don't like that, then just go for the upper part of yr outer thigh or buttock.
6-8 milligrams is probably way too much. Every month? At that point, yr probably just throwing away money.
You should titrate downward, until you find the minimum effective dose.

1-2 years of hard sweat and dedication
what you have to ask yourself, is why do you want to achieve that body?
If you're doing it on a healthy basis and want it to be permanent.. A year..
Being dedicated is great for exercising, but you also need the time. And then you need to find out what's best to ear for you and stick to it. Go low carb high fat or high fat low carb... Never ever eat both at a high amount... Try to drink only water and enough of it and then good Luck!
I would say a 9 months- a year. Start exercising and increase your days, don't load too much on yourself too quickly, start cleaning up your diet, you're allowed to have sweets but in moderation and no I don't mean a few times a week if you do you'll never see results. Cardio if you hate running there's other ways to get your heart rate up! I think it's definitely possible maybe you won't look exactly like the photo but you can definitely aim towards a similar goal
That's kinda my goal too! You have to change both your diet and your fitness. You should gradually change your eating and exercising habits. You need to do both cardio and weight training.
That's cool, thanks for the suggestions and good luck to you reaching your goals as well.
Its a lifestyle goal... it takes years to become like that... possible 5 of consistently working out and maybe more
Muscle building is a very slow process... but of course it really depends on your genes and where you are starting from.
First have to lose the weight, before you can really start building up that muscle. It'll take a while, over a year maybe two, but it's totally doable if you keep at it! Eat balanced healthy meals, drink a ton of water, and exercise daily.
Could take less than 4 months if you go hard enough
Wow, really think I could do it that quickly. Lol some of these 3 and 5 year estimations are a little concerning
Wow thanks, any suggestions on caloric intake?
Ok thanks, appreciate. Just really wanna look good by the summer lol and then keep it that way
1-800 years depending on your level of commitment in the kitchen and the gym
It all depends on what you eat and how much also what exercises you do and how much.
At least 18 months. Probably closer to two years.
More than a year for sure with hard work.
haha we have the same body maybe like 4 years.
That would take a long time and a lot of work
3 year minimum
