Define active/very active?

I'm trying to determine how many calories to consume to drop 2 lbs per week. Found a reliable (enough) calorie calculator that will tell me I just have to take a bunch of measurements, weight, height, etc and pick how active I am. Only issue is I'm not sure if I'd fit under "active" which is described as "exercises 3-5 times a week" or "very active" which is described as "exercises 5-7 times a week."

See, I go running every morning for half an hour, but I'm really out of shape, so I don't go very fast. It's strenuous for me but for most people it would probably be more akin to jogging just based on speed. Also the fact that I only go 1/2 an hr every day as oppose to an hour every day has me wondering which would be more accurate, cuz my cousin is a gym rat and they go running for a half hour every day plus a weightlifting and cardio routine every morning for an hour plus playing sports with friends at least twice a week and going hiking and bike riding consistently. (So basically that's roughly two hours every day for them compared to my measly half an hour.) Obviously I can't compete with that and I connect the title "active" to that image, so I'm just struggling a bit in confusion, trying to see where I place. Thanks :)
you'd be "active"
You'd be "very active"
