Public Restrooms?

I used a public restroom today and I put down the paper seat covers that are in the restroom but when I went to sit the paper seat cover moved and my legs were on the seat. Should I be worried about bacteria and viruses?

You'll be fine. I use public toilet seats all the time but I've never gotten sick from it. Next time, wipe the seat with toilet paper before applying the seat cover. In this case if the seat cover moves, you would have already cleaned it somewhat.

No, you are fine. We don't even have paper seat covers here and nobody I know has ever got sick from public toilets. Our toilets are clean though. People are too worried about germs etc these days.
