Tbh, getting an actual six-pack -- with the horizontal cuts between the individual portions of the rectus abdominis -- is not an easy thing for girls to do.
@consultantisback is giving you solid boy advice, and, as far as drug-free girl advice is concerned, it's not too far off the mark. BUT... the problem is that the horizontal cuts come from a combination of
• Freakishly low bodyfat,
• Significant muscle mass.
Men have this kind of muscle mass. Some women do, but a lot of women don't.
Even a VERY lean woman is more likely to have this kind of look:

Honestly, unless you have a very stocky build (= you are naturally built like a bulldog, or a fire hydrant, LOL), you are not going to have much luck in trying to build a 6-pack by completely natural means.
I don't know what you are built like. If you are naturally long and lean, like me? Haha forget it.
Let's get simplistic here, and break things down into 3 possibilities.
#1: You are naturally built like a bulldog. (Thick/stocky)
In this case, you can get the 6-pack.
Eat low-carb, high-protein, low-fat, most of the time.
Directly before and after workouts, eat some high quality carbs (brown rice, corn tortillas, etc).
Have patience.
#2: You are naturally built like a handrail (like me. Me me me me me!)
In this case... nope.
If you want an honest-to-God six pack, you will have to use drugs.
On the other hand, you live in México -- which means that those drugs are available at legitimate pharmacies without a prescription. You'll probably have to have an older gentleman buy them for you, but, you can probably figure out how to use yr feminine charms to negotiate this. I can tell you which drugs are safe for women to take, and in what doses, and bla bla bla.
#3: You are somewhere in between.
In this case, you will probably be able to achieve something that is... well, somewhere in between.

All that aside, the country in which the greatest variety of legitimate pharmaceuticals is available is right here in the States. No question at all.
Drugs are expensive af here, but... yeah. And the quality of American pharmacopoeia is second to none.
You can eat fats healthy fats like avocados. 70% of abs are built is in the kitchen. You have to know it takes over 16 weeks to gain 3 pounds of muscle. And to lose weight it takes between 8 to 16 weeks you can't expect to lose weight of night. 3 days a week is good but also do cardio eat healthy fats and count your macros.
You need to study biology first, how muscles function.
Then you need to learn how it feels when they are fatigue /exhausted and how to revitalize/ recharge them.. And how to keep going.
I did made a 4 pack abs, but ended up with lot of exertion and when I started missing my sleep, it made my immune system weaker and in the end I crash into disease..
Lost all of it, but next time whenever I start I won't have to start from zero, I already have a huge muscular chest armor for now, I anytime continue it and make it 6 packs and it will be easy,

I used my horrific moments of past where I was a puppet to others to fule me up for anger and well you know music pretty well, find your source of anger and it will be a piece of cake to get yourself muscular, when you are angry your hormone will kick in and you will push your limits easily
The nice thing about abs is they recover relatively quickly. You can do abs up to every OTHER day. Do NOT work them every day as they do need to rest and recover. Do it every other day, for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday, etc.
Go hard, go heavy. Look up exercises, try them, see what works for you!
I like to implement exercises that target a couple of key areas. Like decline board sit ups to work my upper abs, leg raises to target my lower abs, and russian twists to target my obliques and anterior abs.
At the end of the day however, in my opinion, abs are made in the kitchen. You can't eat white enriched flour carbs and sweets and expect to have abs. So try to eat whole wheat carbs instead, and avoid sugar.

The diet soda debate is huge in nutrition, But I'm just giving you cold cut advice. I drink diet soda all the time, works for me. Some are against it. Non-nutritionally educated people say diet soda is "worse" than regular soda, which isn't true.

The best way to train the abs is not to target them specifically but to do full body workouts revolving around compound exercises. So the best ab exercises are things like the deadlift, the push up, the mountain climber, the overhead press, the front squat, power clean, etc...
Just follow a proper full body training regimen. A real program. Not one you put together yourself

It's not about 'working the abs only. To get the best resutls you have to work out he whole body. The abs do a lot for stability and all sorts of things, so even doing sports, at least more I stense ones where your body is moving, changes and rebalancing itself will work
Thats not how you get a sick pack. Its all about body fat percentage. You need to do cardio like crazy and go on a low carb diet until you destroy all the fat tissue you have.
you can´t fight the fat on a particular body part by just working out that particular part. your body decides where he´ll take the fat off first, no matter what you do. so all you can do is cut weight and hope to lose it in the right spots.
