It's been a while since I had more than a mild hangover but supposedly gatorade is a good thing to drink. It'll not only rehydrate you but will also replenish your electrolytes.
Back when I'd get them more often, I'd usually rely on a good workout at the gym. Sounds counter-intuitive but so long as I wasn't puking, I found that even a light workout on the elliptical helped me feel better afterwards.

Greasy food doesn't actually help long term... the grease helps at first but over the course of the day will make you feel worse. you should have a healthy smoothie with banana, avocado and some greens and whatever fruits you like.
