You can't target a specific area of fat. Your body burns fat where it wants to, and usually fat cells at the major fat collection areas are the most unwilling to give up that fat.
If you are working out you shouldn't be eating less than 1600 calories per day. You are going to have to give up all the junk food eventually. You can start by cutting junk food consumption by half every week so your mind can adjust to it. And eat lots of vegetables and fruits.
Your best option is to burn that fat through cardio. So running, cycling machine, zumba, climbing stairs, whatever get's your heartbeat and breathing rate up for extended amounts of time.
Your fat burn kicks up past 30 min mark so you should be working out for at least an hour. Don't completely exhaust yourself so you can do it again the next day.

Make sure you're eating healthy and enough if you're working out, need to support the muscles. Unfortunately you can't target any fat so you just have to live a healthy lifestyle and lose fat overall.

what I've done to get slimmer... well... jogging, sport at least 1 hours per day... sweeting a lot... but still drinking a lot of water (had to pee all the time)... eating just wath your body need... i did that for 6 mont and I lost 10 kg
squats... then more squats... oh yea squats... work in swimming then you guessed it... squats...
You just have to do exercises that burn a lot of calories because it's impossible to lose weight in a particular place on your body
Not eating will prevent you from building muscle.
