I barely eat unless I'm starving. I've begun drinking and smoking again.
When I eat, it's usually healthy. I don't eat fast food.
I also can't keep motivation to go to the gym.
What's the deal?
I only live once and I really wish I could be healthier, but I can't seem to keep motivated.
Instead of waking up and going to the gym, I wake up and go to the bar.
