Why does my after bleed?

my butthole bleeds whenever i go to the toilet, it all started when i had to push with all my strength to get ''it'' out and it started to hurt and after a few more days of pushing everything out it started to bleed, i stopped sometimes but returned and now even if i don't have to push anymore it'll start to bleed, i was comfortable with going to the toilet today but i never bleed as much as today! i couldn't even wipe my after properly because it hurt so much after i touched it and i told my mom todaay and she gave me some ointment, it felt good on the burning skin and i'll use it daily from now on but why do i bleed? I'm still worried

1. Change your diet. More fruits and veggies, help your stools move better.
2. Laxative medicines.
3. Enemas, in the evening when you have plenty of free time before bed. Some people even find these sexually arousing, but I will just dwell on the constipation aspect.
