So im trying to build muscles on my upper body and noticed when i do strength workout randomly i see some reault and when i do it everyday i dont see result at all. How many resting days should i have in between the strength weight lifting workout to see fast result. Plus in the resting days do you recommend cardio or hiit for the lower body i would like to tone my lower body and abs. Thanks
For toning you need to split your workouts... Do a chest, biceps... Legs... Lower Back and Abs... Triceps and upper back... It's always good to split it like that if you're working out almost every day.. You then have two days break and stuff... Include hiit in your specific workout and cardio at the end... And do one rest day a week..
