First look at your goals, if you truly want to run a marathon then you must train for that, 26.2 miles is not 15 min on a tread, it's more like 2 to 3 hours once a week, speed training a couple of times a week, and recovery runs etc. Something like this is what you are looking for

I do 5-10 min warmup. then i hit the weights real hard for 45-60 min. then i do abs, stretch, then hit the steam room for 5 min. i do that every day, and take rest days when i need them (too busy, sore muscles, or just feel like i need 1). I do 1 muscle group a day (today I did chest), and I do legs and arms 2x a week.
Doubt itll help you but...
I run 3 miles on the beach every morning, usually a short swim afterwards.
Surf/swim for a few hours just about every evening.
I run between 2-6 miles, then I either do a butt workout, abs, or arms workout for around 20 minutes (I alternate muscle groups)

Don't take it the wrong way, I know for a fact you've made absolute 0 gains. Look up starting strength 5x5. Its a great starter program.
