What is your workout regimen?

I started to work out regularly about a month ago in a half and It's been great, the goal that I want to reach its to be fit, loose belly fat and gain some muscle, and be able to be fit in a way that I can run a marathon and be able to play basketball or soccer better. I be seen the difference since I started to work out and it hasn't been that long, I seen how I have more energy and how I feel about myself. But I'm still looking for a good exercise regimen. Something that can work with me and something not to intense since I'm just starting out.. can anyone share a beginner excersise routine that I could do? Basic and simple, I'm basically in the tred mil for 15 min.. lift weights, 20 pounds per arm. I use 25 pound Dumbbells various positions and play basketball and that's about it. Thank you all gym people
