Ok, so here is the problem. Men who take steroids often have a problem with low T after usage. This is because the pituitary gland (or hypothalamus, take your pick) stops production of testosterone from the testes if a high amount of testosterone is found in the blood. In severe cases the testes can even begin excreting estrogen (leading to gynoclamastia/ enlarged breasts and other health defects) I was thinking about this today and a study that I read popped into my mind about how sexual release (ejaculation whether it be sex with another or masturbation) can increase testosterone levels. So I did some more research and the primary conclusion I found is that after sexual release and a brief period of abstinence (6days) leads to nearly a 50% rise in testosterone levels. Part of the reason is the expectation and also partially just biological.
My theory is that if a man were to follow this regimen then his brain would still tell his testes to produce testosterone (regardless of the high levels that result from steroids) because it is a sexual drive, basically the idea is to "trick" the brain.
Obviously human studies would not be allowed but the same theory could be used on mice making them follow a strict regimen of workout, steroid use and sexual release. What is y'alls opinions?
