Workout questions (bla bla I know some of yall don't care about this so don't read it)

Is it possible to have some ridiculously strong body parts without working them out? I went to the gym yesterday and it was my second time doing a leg workout all year and I managed to squat 600lbs. almost none of my friends believe me because like I said I hadn't really worked out my legs all year and I'm not that big (only weigh 180)

also just wondering if yall work out what is your regimen because I'm trying to get a lot stronger for rugby next year.. thanks for any answers

also I don't have any more protein stuff for workouts I was wondering if that could be bad (I don't have any money for the shakes anymore) so I just started eating eggs right after working out I eat like 5-6
