Trending & News I don't think you genuinely need to do anymore slimming, and I'm a little concerned about your weight drop from 113 lbs to 103 lbs, especially since you said that you didn't need to lose that weight.
I'm not a dietitian or an expert in fitness but I can indefinitely say that toning up would require you to actually build a decent amount of muscle, and if you're deprived I think you're going to have a harder time doing that. You should perhaps consider looking deeper into this or consult a doctor or dietitian before continuing.
Your thighs are slim and squatting will create muscle, so certainly not make them thinner. But if you want to build extra muscle (legs and butt), you need to squat with weights. And don't only do squats but also lunges. If you want to build muscle, you also need proteins (animal or vegetable), otherwise you may burn muscle if you calorie intake is too low and you don't have enough fat left to burn. And that is the opposite you want.
Heavier squats will do the trick. (More weight.) Box jumps also help firmness.
