How to tone this area?

I'm 18 and weigh 103lbs. I completely changed my diet to 100% clean eating, and as a result lost 10 pounds (which I didn't need to nor was trying to do). I've been running and doing 30-60 squats a day, but nothing is helping to slim my thighs or lift my butt, and it's really frustrating because I hate the way it looks. Is there anything I can do to tone this?
