yes, definitely.
You can do things like go to the gym together in the winter (do your own things for the mostpart then help each other stretch and whatnot in the end to make it a bit more flirtatious). Or, when it's still warm out, go for bikerides/jogs together.
I've been doing both of those things with my boyfriend for almost three years now and it's a great way to combine helping each other stay fit, look and feel healthier, while also enjoying each other's company. :)
