Ditching trashy food for a healthier way of eating should not mean putting fun or dates off.. That's weird. If you're a fun person, you'll find fun in anything, not just in unhealthy foods.. Besides that's makes no sense to me... You can go somewhere else on a date and not specifically out to eat a plate full of diabetes and cholesterol.. Etc etc.. .. You can always eat healthy and then go out on a date to do some thing fun, rather than going to stuff your face.. In my opinion there are far more FuN things to do than "eating"..
And it also doesn't mean you can't EVER eat out, you can.. Just not every day, plus you can always order something that is not so awfully unhealthy. But since you said he just started, hats when you should be the strictest with your diet to actually see any results.
And side note... If you eat a lot, especially unhealthy foods, that is likely to to lead to a relationship without much intimacy.. No sex! 😯😯!!

I can chug whole keg and still be ripped OP altho it's not always about being jacked or ripped, I eliminate mostly all sugar and dirty carbs and eat really clean and switch to naked food, chicken breasts and boiled everything when I am around season. It's just varsity but my dad always taught me to push my limit of my bod in weight room and outside to be more athletic and overall give higher performance out on field and I like to follow it
Depends on the guy. Some guys (like women to) get really into it and serious about it. I would work out 3 times a week and I wasn't looking to be the next male model, I just wanted some weight loss but I didn't get too crazy (I love to eat and wasn't giving up the things I love lol). But I did watch how much I ate and of what to some degree. Also how often I ate them.

What my meal prep looks like. I'll enjoy myself on the weekends sometimes. I'm pretty strict for the most part though.I eat whatever I want and when I want and still look and feel great. However, most of the time I crave wholefoods i. e healthy foods as oppose to junk food but that doesn't mean I'm scared to eat cake :P
I know my buddies stick to a strick diet plan and protein, carbohydrates and fiber. And they try to avoid sugar and dairy etc.
I eat whatever I want, not necessarily crap but I'm not too focused on aesthetics more on functional strength and power for martial arts.I try to limit sugar as much as I can. No soda, Water, tea etc. I have fun meals on Saturday. I eat whatever I want however I don't eat everything on my plate. Pizza until I'm not hungry BUT I almost always have that one more or 1/2 a piece.
I don't think I would cancel a date. It's our time. Manly or not I'd order chicken or a salad.
Beer? A few light beers are OK.
He can't keep up that pace. Insanity will come.i do cheat meals sometimes. but i have to be careful what im eating
I am not trying to get big muscles, just trying to get my body fat percent to 10-12% and yea I eat no junk, not even cheat days.
Cheat meals keep me sane lol
