I want to be able to workout outside or at home without buying an expensive machine or going to the gym. Can anyone please tell me what cardio has the same anti leg bulk, butt lifting, all over benefits?
Jogging is fairly solid cardio you can slow down walk then do a 5 min run then repeat or something like that. Jump rope is another great one and if you don't mind looking weird you can do sprints in your garden if it's decent size.
