How bout a nice juicy steak. You'll just be melting the pounds away.
On a more serious note, you really don't want to do that to yourself...the stuff they sell on tv that make you feel full (like slimfast) are horrible for you, it just expands in your stomach to make you feel full. It's like starving yourself without the discomfort. If you really want to lose weight, try eating healthy combined with good ole fashion excercise.
I already do. And I'm aware that the garbage they sell on television is..well. Garbage. I already exercise and I do eat pretty healthy. I just have serious problems with over snacking and eating too much. x_x
water, black coffee and tea. those are all no calorie drinks and known to suppress appetite.
What you want are natural appetite suppressants. When you do eat things, eat things with more fiber, so eat apples, eat brown rice and natural grains so that when you do eat, you are going to feel fuller and eat less, and stay fuller longer

At some point its just sheer willpower. Because if you do all that, at some point you just have to put down the snacks- if that's your problem. If your issue is snacking, then just dont. Fine something else. You don't have to eat while you watch tv, you can just stop eating the snacks. Believe me, I have two full bags of chips in my cabinet, and haven't touched them since they were bought last week by my mom. I just don't eat them- will power.

oatmeal packets with minimal water just dump it in your mouth and swallow it down with a little sip of water. they are healthy, make you feel full, they are full of fiber, and it really doesn't taste that bad. I use it to drop weight fairly quickly, but I'm not sure how it'd work for long term. try the brown sugar flavor.

If you're having serious cravings and hunger than you're not eating enough. Starving yourself to lose weight is a really dumb idea.
Oh no no! That's not it. xD I just...Eat unnecessarily out of boredom and it causes me to pack on extra weight. D: I need something to prevent this. x_X
Drink lots of water throughout the day, it helps subside hunger. Keep low calorie snacks available like popcorn (without butter or salt)

water works really well. it fools your stomach into thinking it's food. I don't by any means support starvation...but in my case, my night class runs from 5-8:30. I don't have time to eat beforehand because I'm a TA and have a class to teach right before my class. So I'm starving halfway through class and my tummy makes annoying, embarrassing sounds...so to stop that from happening, I drink lots of water.
I've tried it. :/ usually just makes me pee a lot x_x
