My boyfriend would definitely choose skinny jeans over baggy jeans. lol he even points out when my normal jeans are starting to get a little loose or too big on me(meaning I need to buy some more form-fitting ones now). Remember guys like to see girls figures/curves. And I don't think weight matters when wearing skinny jeans, because all guys have different preferences on what body types they prefer. i.e. some guys like thicker/more voluptuous girls in skinny jeans, and some guys prefer more lean/trimmer girls in them. It's all preferences. So either way if you were to wear skinny jeans, some guy out there is gonna find you sexy.
I think wearing skinny jeans is more about proportion than size. I've seen some very overweight girls look good in skinny jeans because they were the right proportion. They emphasize the hips so its harder for pear shaped girls to pull them off even if they're a size 0. Those who have slimmer legs and hips, whether they're a size 2 or 16, can pull them off better.
C-covering up curves? Why would you ever do such a ridiculous thing! Curves are feminine, and delicious and should be adored and exalted! So I would say, wear the skinny jeans and show it all off.
But realistically, you can't wear clothes that you don't feel comfortable in. If you don't like the way your body looks in skinny jeans, you're going to lack confidence, which will make you seem less attractive. However, if YOU like the way you look with skinny jeans on, then wear em and be proud!

I may be in the minority here but I'd say sweat pants are hot. Not only are they soft to rub up against, they provide easy access.
