Guessing if you're using Tinder, looking for a dude to train with? Find the guy who looks like he knows what he's doing and ask him. Just DON'T interrupt him mid set, and if he's wearing headphones don't touch him to get his attention.
I get asked shit all the time at the gym. Long as it's gym related, and not some BS like we're in a damn social club, I never mind sharing what I know or even letting someone jump into my workout if I don't already have a partner.
P. S. Depending on your level, sometimes even if a dude has a partner, a second can come in handy for some lifts. Like single partner spotting squat is gay AF, I MUCH prefer double partner spot. Just ask someone for a spot and offer one in return.

yeah dude go look up fitness apps at the playstore
they have like 30 day fit and shit with detailed instructions, videos, of how to do said workouts, how many reps, etc.
FitGurus is a brilliant app that allows you to select what equipment you do/don't have, what body parts you want to work out, how much time you have... then designs a workout from there. it gives you videos for all exercises and exactly how many sets/reps you need to do. It's basically like a virtual personal trainer!
