work out a little less and you'll get the benifit of both
if you dont work out, over time, itll look way wrose trust me
Eat more and work out more? haha, don't work out too much. Hard bodied girls are not ideal (personally)
The jiggly is the fat. If you loose fat by working out, only muscle remains and you get a hard toned one. You can also workout and add extra muscle.
