you sound a lot negative and sometimes we can't help it because we grow with it.. i. e behavioural thing. Stop watching bad news or even reading them. there's always gonna be bad news but you don't need to know them. So stop that and focus on yourself. Try to join a meditating group so you can reach that level of piece of mind. Enjoy the little things in your life, they are what constitute happiness. Enjoy having a shower, sing in the shower, look at how beautiful you are. Eat your food and appreciate it. Look around and appreciate the people you love. This is life, it starts and it ends but you need to know how to live it rather than just worrying. Stay positive and try to bring into your life. follow positive feeds on facebook and watch comedy and funny stuff everyday. Hope it helps :) try to answer mine my question

It sounds like you're suffering from depression. I suffer from bipolar, and I know exactly what you mean when you say it hurts.
Depression is a disease, not a weakness, and not a lack of positive energy. You need to see a psychiatrist to get help.
Climb a mountain. Your gravitational potential energy will increase so much that it will overcome all of that negative energy.
