Honestly, if you have the money, weight watchers is awesome and works. If you don't have the money, download the my fitness pal application and start calorie counting. That's the only thing that's ever worked for me when trying to lose weight. I don't go to the gym or anything but it helps to work out. But if you're not into that calorie counting should R enough because it helps you be more conscious about what you eat. Also portion control goes a long way. Your stomach starts to shrink and therefore you don't get hungry as often so eventually it becomes part of your nature not to stuff yourself. Everyone's different though but it's always best to take baby steps. It's easy to get frustrated when you can't see results so that's why it's good to have a support system, hence why I recommend weight watchers.

its really hard stopping a really bad eating habit. u can't just wake up one morning and just eat completely healthy. it takes time to eat completely healthy. if u wanna stop it, start going 3 days with healthy eating and then your 4th day eat something junky. don't have a cheat day. have a cheat meal. and also try joining a gym too, or find a workout buddy with the same goals as u. I've lost 50 pounds the last 4 months. if u want to lose 20 pounds in 2 months, u have to be excersising 5 days a week and have at least one cheat meal a week
Yes stop your bad eating habits. Saying you can't is an excuse - the reason you haven't is because it isn't important enough to you.
When it becomes important enough to change your eating habits then you will. It's your choice based on your will and only you can make it no one can force you

You'll never lose weight if you don't exercise right and continue eating like shit. Put down the Lays and pick up a weight. Spend more time on a treadmill and less time in the fridge. Maybe you can drop the weight in 6 months. Maybe shorter if you're aggressive about your dieting/working out.
I think 4-5 pounds a month is respectable. My wife has also struggled with weight for many years. She has tried many types of programs and Weight Watchers was the only one that worked the best for her.
Get in the gym with a Gym partner, You'll lose the weight in no time N ohh yea, The bad eating habits... Look at it this way "Just Eat Healthy" U can lose 30 lbs in 2 - 3 months, cm'on girl, you got this, PS. I lost 84 lbs a few years back...
Work on your diet, maybe you should take judo or jujitsu together, kettlebells really do good things for women's figure.
