Please help? What do I eat, how do I stay motivated?~
Ive been struggling with losing weight for a long time! A friend of mine told me to run before 12 because it is supposed to boost your metabolism and make you burn more calories through out the day, and he also said to not eat past 6 because that is when your metabolism slows down! I've done this for a week in a half.. also watching what eat, such as two dessert items a week instead of two a day, and making sure half of my lunch or supper consists of vegetables. I also do a little ab routine! I'm excited after 3 years I've finally found something that works for me! good luck to you!
Drink a big glass of water before you eat, also eat slowly you will get fuller faster, watch howmany calories you eat try staying at about a good 1500 range it worked for me and I lost 45 pounds
No extra sugar, no carbohydrates (as in bread, pasta, etc. Look at the carb content of what you eat and keep it low). White meat is great, you need protein. Lots of water, but don't overdo it. Exercise of course. It's better if you get your daily sugar from fruit, veggies etc than from candy or whatever. There are some sites that are great for tracking your progress, like myfitnesspal.com etc. Remember to keep it balanced and reasonable.
Why do you even ask what to eat? Just eat a 3-4 pieces of bread per day for a week or two and drink a lot and you should lose more than 15lbs.

Eat whatever you want, just be sure to stick your finger as far down your throat as you can afterward :D
