Acne (where ever it was on my partner's body) wouldn't be a turn off. If I liked the guy enough to have made it to the stage where I would see him naked then acne wouldn't bother me at all. I think the sufferer of the acne is usually, and understandably, more bothered by it that anyone else. To increase your confidence though - I've heard that UV light can help with acne. If you haven't already then perhaps see your doc for steroid creams etc.

They were talking about the UV, which is true. You could try hitting the tanning beds too, if you wanted to try to reduce it a little before you went out in public. But frankly, I don't think it will even be noticed.
I don't know if the girls care but get help with it see a dermatologist if it is rather bad, not only will this help with your skin as bad acne can leave permanent affects but it will boost you confidence to talk to girls and therefore girls will be more attracted to you as they like a guy with confidence.

My boyfriend has really bad back acne too. And it's never turned me off, sometimes I'll get worried when I give him back rubs if it hurts him but that's about it. And UV light does help less it. so walk around outside shirtless, trust me, nobody will think differently of you.
