Everyday:
+Walk/jog 30 minutes
+Dance 30 minutes
+Biggest Loser Max Cardio Video
+Walk 10,000 steps(set aside time to walk it takes about an hour and a half)
2-3x a week:
+Weight training
-bench press
-pectoral flys
+Calisthenics
-push ups
-jumping jacks
-curl ups
-leg lunges
-squats
-side leg lunges
I only drink water,no sodas or juices and I'll eat lots of fruits and vegetables
Since it's summer I have all of the time in the world to just workout.Any tips and advice would be appreciated.
