Why are boys so superficial

i know a lot of guys where I used to live that would only date a girl for the way her body looked even though the girl's face isn't exactly.well.up to par if you know what I mean. These guys know good well they are in middle school and they are never going to actually have s.e.x with these girls so why do they ignore ignore pretty girls even though their body's aren't perfect and go with the skinny "interesting" looking girls.

lol middle school boys are NOT trying to have meaningful romantic relationships! All they care about is getting sex or impressing their friends. Boys at that age are not evolved and make fun of fat girls.they just care about the body, when they grow up a little they will look at her face as well lol.

Don't even worry about boys like that, not all guys are that superficial and when you meet the right one you will be glad you didn't date one of those superficial middle school boys.
