Personally I can't ever see myself with someone who is "fat" and I'm a pretty healthy guy. You are probably not fat but being bigger is not always a problem. I'm all about personality with girls but there is a minimum for looks also. I've seen a lot of guys who are with girls that are bigger than them. I know it's cliche but beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. There's no one golden answer.
For me, it would depend on how noticeable the difference in size is. I'm a thin, athletic guy and I would not mind a girl slightly larger (in any way/form) than me. But it's a very fine line, personally.
End the end though, it boils down to personal preference.
