the best thing you can do is have little snacks here and there. because eating all at once slows down your metabolism and makes you keep more fat in your system. plus there's really nothing to do at home without building muscle. but the thing is, you really shouldn't be worrying that much. 5'2 and 115 is really not bad at all. once you get to like 125-130 then you should start worrying. sure guys look at appearance first but if you have a shining personality then your fine :]
I am sorry hon but you can't "see" 3 pounds of difference.
GOD the body fluctuates all the time...tomorrow you will be 111 again.

Why are you even weighing yourself. Stop obsessing. You're going to become anorexic.
Drink lots of water because that's healthy and helps you get rid of water weight. If you go on a crash diet or stop eating, your body will go into starvation mode and you'll only get fatter.
So stop freaking out and just eat normal food. Just exercise when you can. Go for a walk.
Water weight. But it's not healthy with you being obsessed with your weight. It's four pounds. Wait out until the weather clears up or walk around the house.
