what works for you?
Ways to add exercise in a busy schedule?
what works for you?
Suggestions:
1) Do a home workout
- They are in surplus anymore but even simple weights and a jumprope will do wonders.
2) Join a gym that extends either before or after you get off work
- For example, my college classes get over at 8:15 and my gym closes at 10:30..
3) Buy a home-fitness machine or lease one
- Bow flex is top of the line and will often compete very well with the equipment of modern gyms.
4) Get a swimming pool
- Swimming is more than just a hobby for many people; it's easier on your joints and also offers a great cardio excersize in addition to resistance training.
5) Do home repairs/upgrades
- Having a garden or building on that deck are often hard tasks; but doing those tasks yourself will save you money that you would have wasted in the gym and will help your body sculpt itself while you make your home look beautiful.
Take pride in yourself and choose the path that best fits your needs :)

Do you just want to lose weight or do you want to tone up?
If you just want to lose weight, the least time consuming thing to do is just change what and how much you eat. Don't eat fast food, don't eat fried stuff, cut out all the empty calorie drinks people consume: sodas, energy drinks, sports drinks, beer, etc. Body fat levels are a reflection of your lifestyle and genetics. You can only change one of those, so the way to lose weight and stay that way is to change your habits.
If you want to tone up, you could try to work some jogging into your routine. Take the stairs at work. Depending on where you live and how far your commute is maybe you could bike to work.
If you have enough room in your house/apartment, I know that jump roping works really well.
just throw in a few 6 inches or squats when you have a little break.
thats what I do

Beachbody's Ten Minute Trainer. It's a series of high intensity ten minute workout DVDs. What you're supposed to do is pick any 3 ten minute workouts and do them throughout the day. Like a ten minute one in the morning when you first wake up, a ten minute one when you get home from work, and a ten minute one right before bed. Seems to be the best way to do it for someone who doesn't have much time.
By your own sh*t. Or you can leave the house for jogs/walks.
Also many exercises you can do on the floor of your house.
I'm pretty much working out on and off for the whole time I am at home, everyday. If you're watching TV or shizz you can exercise at the same time.
Not sure what you're actual goal is.. So I won't recommend things because there are far too many.
